Waiver

By making a booking with Sprout And Bloom Nature Play Group you agree to this Waiver, you do so on your behalf and that of your child/children in your care who are participating in Sprout And Bloom play sessions, party’s or events.

You understand that you must stay and supervise child/children under your care during the duration of play session, party’s or events.

You understand that you must be respectful to other people’s privacy and only take or share photos of your own children and not directly take photos/videos of other children.

You understand that Sprout And Bloom take videos and photos during plays sessions and may share on their website and social media.
You understand that If you do not wish to have your child/children under your care photographed, you must contact us before session begins.

You understand that you must not be under the influence of alcohol/drugs

You understand that you the parent/caretaker must be 18+ years of age.

You understand and knowledge risks that may accrue during a play session,party or event by Sprout And Bloom that may cause various injuries and that such injuries may result in death or severe disability resulting from the use of materials and/or use of the space.

You further understand and agree to release Sprout and Bloom/Ammie Sisson/Katie Pannell the Program sponsors and suppliers and their employees from any and all liability, claims, damage, or demands arising from or related to your child’s participation in Sprout And Bloom sessions.

You understand that this Waiver is ongoing and will apply to all future occasions you participate in play services by Sprout And Bloom Nature Play Group.
