FAQ
Where are our sessions held?
Our weekly Tuesday sessions are held at the Ormeau/ Pimpama Tennis Club, on Mirambeena Drive. We also hold pop-up sessions in Upper Coomera and Paradise Point. Keep up to date with these on our socials. All of our locations have toilets, pram access and parking.

How much is it to attend?
Our sessions are $17 per child over 9 months, with discounts for families with multiple children*.
Babies between 6-9 months are just $5 and under 6 months are completely free.

*These prices may vary if we have a special visitor, or event.

What can I expect from a session?
Each of our sessions offer a number of mindfully curated, nature-inspired, play opportunities based around the theme for that week. Activities will vary each week, however, will typically include play dough, ice and water play, various messy and dry sensory bases, small world and potion play, nature crafts, and more!

What do I need to bring?
We recommend always bringing a drink bottle, suitable hat, sunscreen, a change of clothes, and insect/ mosquito repellent. We always provide clean towels for the extra adventurous bubbas, if needed! You're welcome to bring snacks, however, please be mindful of other children and common food allergies.
Please note- we are a NUT AND EGG FREE playgroup.

What about the weather?
We believe rain can provide a wonderful learning environment for children to explore and we will alter our planned activities to suit. If there is light rain and our session goes ahead, please pack a raincoat and gumboots.
Yours and your children's safety are important to us, so in the event that the weather is deemed extreme and/or dangerous, we will cancel the session and either set an alternative date or provide you with a make-up session.

What if I can't make the session?
Being parents ourselves, we understand sometimes things don't always go to plan. If you or your child are unwell, we ask that you please do not attend your booking. We love your babies but if they are sick, it is best they stay home to rest. Please provide us with at least 48 hours' notice in writing if you are unable to attend your session, and you will be able to book a make-up session, subject to dates and availability. More information on this can be found in our terms and conditions.
